![]() I’ve had good experiences when I preordered. I’m so bummed your experience was this way. ![]() Props to anyone who was willing to help a patient in need (and I felt like there was some level of respect that despite my then absence of a medical card- that I was in a lot of pain and had made a significant sacrifice to get out there). But I ended up just crashing on the sidewalk outside in tears and so much pain and I chewed them a new on through that chat and uh they literally helped refer me to their competition and I got my meds for the night. They’re legitimately helpful (if you do go back and want to ask about products or whatever try the chat function before you head out?). ![]() Whatever.Īnyway- the one thing I’ll say in their favor though is that I like their live chat. Turns out they had just stopped taking walk ups hours and hours and hours earlier in the day and I went off at them. I’m hardly out and about during the pandemic but desperate times. I’d already had shit customer service trying to ask a question online from Sunnyside.Īnyway. I picked them because they claimed to be about the only place still doing walk-ins for rec and I wanted to ask questions. I tried to go to the LS MOCA as a rec customer but I’m severely disabled and was looking for medicine (and my doc was recommending it but took foreveeeer to finally complete the paperwork for me on the damn card). MOCA LOGAN SQUARE PRIORITIZES REC OVER MED. That’s the longest I’ve ever been in a dispensary. Back over to med side and I stand there and watch the same rec customers that walked by me get served before I do. That was a mother daughter combo that ended up getting a 30 minute consult while I watched TWELVE (yes I counted) rec customers pass me by just so the only person taking walk in med orders could put my one gram of concentrate in the system. Told me there was one person ahead of me. She brought me over to the rec side and asked me to have a seat. I get brought in and this nice young woman asks me if I have a pre-order. Then I had to move every time a customer came out as they are using both entrances (med and rec) and only one exit (same as med entrance.) This went on for 10 minutes as several people who walked out looked at me like I’m a dumbass for standing where I was standing. I said “what?” He said “stand there” and pointed again. I got to the med entrance and the security guard mumbled “stand right there or they won’t see you” pointed to the ground in the middle of the doorway.
